1- POOL ENGINEERING PLANS AND PERMIT 4444
After determining the pool that would best fit your property, your needs and budget, engineered plans would be drawn to be submitted to the local building and safety authority.
3- STEEL AND PLUMBING 44444
Time for the steel rebar to be installed as per the ngineeered plans. At this point we would also install all PVC plumbing piping, light niches. the system is put under pressure to ensure there are no leaks.
5- COPING AND TILE 44444
The finishing touches are now ready to be installed; the coping around your pool and spa and waterline tile.
7- Plaster is a very difficult and fast process. It is poured onto the gunite and requires a very quick and hard working crew to smooth the surface to assure a beautiful finish. The pool is then filled with water immediately. 444
2- EXCAVATION 44444444
We would then be ready to come back and mark the shape, size and location of your new pool on your propety. Upon your approval, excavation begins!
4- GUNITE OR SHOTCRETE 44444
After a city inspection, gunite or shotcrete would be applied. A mixture of dry cement, sand and water is sprayed with constant pressure to form the shell of your pool.
6- EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION 44444
Basic pool equipment is required to help you maintain your investment. Some options, such as color changing lights, solar heating, salt system, water features, automation system are part of a vast array of options available to you.
